Our distinctive strength lies in our dual training and expertise: we are attorneys
licensed in the United States with prior experience as lawyers in Italy. This dual competency allows us
to better understand our clients’ needs, simplify communication and processes
thanks to our deep understanding of both legal cultures and offer strategic guidance
at every stage of Italian companies’ expansion in the USA.

We provide legal counsel exclusively within the American legal system,
but with the sensitivity and understanding that come from our Italian training.
With offices in New York and Miami, we are strategically positioned to
serve Italian companies throughout the United States.

Our history

The firm was founded in 2020 by Stefania Monda, after completing her university education in Italy at Bocconi (PhD) and Federico II (JD summa cum laude) and obtaining her Master of Laws at Columbia Law School in New York, with over 10 years of experience at leading Italian and American law firms specializing in M&A and corporate law.

Tech Legal Partners was born from the personal and professional experience of Italian professionals who have personally experienced the challenges of expansion in the USA. Having directly lived the complexities of adapting to the American legal system as an Italian professional, Stefania developed a clear vision: to create a firm that could truly serve as a bridge between two worlds, the Italian entrepreneurial world and the American legal world.

Founded with the specific objective of bridging the gap between the Italian entrepreneurial world and the American legal system, today we represent the reference point for Italian companies that want to grow in the world’s largest market. Our growth has been guided by the concrete results obtained for our clients and the trust built in the Italian-American business ecosystem.
