Matteo De Cesco is an attorney with over ten years of experience in corporate law, Private Equity, Joint Ventures, Restructuring, Corporate Governance, and cross-border M&A transactions between Italy and the United States.

He has worked with leading Italian and international law firms in both countries and gained in-house experience as legal counsel for a major U.S. publicly traded company.

He holds a Law Degree from Bocconi University (Milan), is admitted to the New York Bar, and earned an LL.M. from Wake Forest University (Florida).
