Drawing on her dual qualification as an attorney in Italy and as a foreign legal consultant in the State of New York, Federica contributes her cross-border expertise to the Firm’s research, editorial, training and legal communication initiatives.

As an Of Counsel in a non-contentious capacity, she supports the development of legal content, professional training programs and knowledge-sharing projects, acting as a “bridge” between different legal systems and fostering a deeper understanding of the regulatory frameworks connecting Italy and the United States.

Federica received her Law Degree from Università Statale di Milano with a focus in European law. She earned an LL.M. (Master of laws) degree in Dispute Resolution and Advocacy at Cardozo School of Law.

Prior to joining Tech Legal Partners, she worked for Crystal & Giannoni-Crystal in New York and TLS (member firm of PwC) in Milan.
