Federica provides a wide range of professional legal services to international businesses.
She advises international companies on contractual issues including commercial law, internet law, business law, international transactions, mergers and acquisitions, constitution and reorganization of companies and property management.
Federica favors the use of alternative dispute resolution methods. In addition to coordinating NYCLA Part 137 Fee Dispute Resolution program for the 1st and 12th Judicial District in New York, she serves as mediator and arbitrator. Federica’s experience as mediator and arbitrator allows her to effectively address a wide variety of clients’ primary needs and to build the legal structure needed to achieve their business goals.
Given her dual qualification as attorney in Italy and as a foreign legal consultant in New York State, Federica serves as a “bridge” in corporate transactions and litigations, providing clearance on the legal framework, coordinating and channeling information between lawyers and clients of different legal systems.
Federica received her Law Degree from Università Statale di Milano with a focus in European law. She earned an LL.M. (Master of laws) degree in Dispute Resolution and Advocacy at Cardozo School of Law.
Prior to joining Tech Legal Partners, she worked for Crystal & Giannoni-Crystal in New York and TLS (member firm of PwC) in Milan.
